The Master Shepherd comfortably caters for events of up to 250 guests during an 8–10 hour event, making it ideal for weddings, festival style weddings, country house parties and corporate events.


If you're expecting even larger numbers or a longer event, we can also arrange servicing to extend the unit's capacity.

Simple to Set Up

Despite its impressive appearance, The Master Shepherd is straightforward to install.


It requires:

  • A level area approximately 6.5m x 3.5m
  • Vehicle access for delivery
  • A standard 16A electrical supply (or suitable generator)


The unit is completely self-contained, so there's no need for mains water or drainage.


We'll deliver it, position it, set everything up and return afterwards to collect it, leaving you free to enjoy your event.

  • How much does it cost to hire The Master Shepherd?

    The Master Shepherd is available to hire from £995 including VAT, which includes free delivery, setup and collection anywhere on the Isle of Wight. Every event is different, so if you have specific requirements or would like additional services, please get in touch for a personalised quotation.

  • How many guests can The Master Shepherd accommodate?

    The Master Shepherd is designed to comfortably cater for up to 250 guests during an event lasting approximately 8–10 hours. If you're expecting larger numbers or your event will run for longer, we can discuss servicing options to increase capacity.

  • Does it need mains water or drainage?

    No. The Master Shepherd is completely self-contained, with onboard fresh water and waste storage. It doesn't require a mains water connection or drainage, making it ideal for fields, private gardens, marquees and remote venues.

  • Does it need electricity?

    Yes. The trailer requires a 16A electrical supply (drawing approximately 10A) to power the lighting, hot water and pumps. 

    Depending on distance, it can be powered by from a standard 13A plug

    If your venue doesn't have a suitable supply, we can supply a generator.

  • What space is needed?

    The Master Shepherd requires a level area measuring approximately 6.5m x 3.5m, along with suitable vehicle access for delivery and positioning.

  • What surfaces can it be placed on?

    The trailer can be installed on most firm, level surfaces including grass, gravel, concrete and tarmac.

  • What's included with the hire?

    Every hire includes delivery, professional setup, collection, luxury hand wash, toilet rolls, hand towels, warm running water, lighting and everything needed for your guests to enjoy clean, comfortable facilities throughout your event.

  • Can we have a toilet attendant?

    Yes. We can provide a discreet washroom attendant who will keep the facilities spotless, fully stocked and looking their best throughout your event. 


    This is a popular option for larger weddings and premium events. Please contact us for a quotation.

  • Will the toilets stay clean and fresh throughout the event?

    Yes. Every washroom is thoroughly cleaned and fully stocked before delivery, with ventilated interiors and professional-grade tank treatments specifically designed for luxury mobile washrooms to keep everything fresh throughout your event. 


    For longer hire periods where a pump-out isn't required, we use an enhanced long-life treatment that continues working for extended durations, helping maintain the same high standard from start to finish. 


    For larger events, we can also provide servicing or a discreet washroom attendant to keep the facilities immaculate throughout the day.

  • Is The Master Shepherd suitable for guests with limited mobility?

    The washrooms are accessed via steps, so they may not be suitable for all guests with mobility requirements. 


    If you need accessible toilet facilities, please speak to us and we'll be happy to discuss suitable options.

  • When will the trailer be delivered?

    To ensure everything is ready before your event begins, we normally deliver and install The Master Shepherd one or two days before your event, with collection taking place after your celebrations have finished. 


    We'll arrange timings with you in advance.
