Traditional Hog Roast

For a relaxed but still special event, a traditional hog roast is a great option. Suitable for between 50 -200 people, we can attend your event with our spit roast machine, and guests can see the hog turning on the spit. For outdoor events, we can be self-sufficient with a small marquee to serve from.

The succulent meat will be carved by our chef and waiting staff will help to serve the pork from a buffet table in floured baps. Guests can then help themselves from a delicious buffet of salads, sides, and condiments to supplement the roast pork. For vegetarian & vegan guests, we can offer vegan sausages or pulled jackfruit and make sure that the sides are vegan-friendly too. Please let us know numbers in good time.

Traditional Hog Roast

£21 per person

The hog roast package includes:

De-boned, seasoned and marinated IW pig with salted crackling.

5-inch white floured baps (gluten-free baps available)

Chunky homemade apple sauce, homemade stuffing

Tomato ketchup, brown sauce, mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, mustard

Homemade chunky coleslaw, roasted new potatoes, seasonal salad

Quality disposable plates/napkins/cutlery*

All menus are based on a minimum of 60 people. For smaller parties, we are happy to offer a bespoke quote.

For venues where we have to bring in our mobile kitchen or other equipment, there may additional charges.
