Carvery menu

For a real British classic that never goes out of date, we are pleased to present our Carvery menu. Delight your meat-loving friends with a selection of tender and juicy locally sourced meats together with all the trimmings, sauces and condiments. For non-meat eaters, we are happy to provide a vegetarian or vegan main course option if you let us know in advance.


Your guests can choose from any combination of meats and seasonal vegetables, all cooked and prepared exactly as you want them, served by our staff together with all the traditional sauces and condiments and, of course, our delicious Yorkshire puddings!

Our Carvery package includes:

Traditional roast topside of beef

Bacon-wrapped and butter basted turkey

Honey and mustard glazed loin of pork


Accompanied by a delicious self-serve buffet of parsley new potatoes, roast potatoes, lemon-glazed

carrots, honey roast parsnips, braised red cabbage and broccoli & cauliflower gratin.


Also included: sage & onion stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, bacon-wrapped chipolatas,

homemade gravy, apple sauce, horseradish, cranberry sauce and mustard.

All menus are based on a minimum of 60 people. For smaller parties, we are happy to offer a bespoke quote.

For venues where we have to bring in our mobile kitchen or other equipment, there may additional charges.
