Dirty Fries

Freshly prepared chips served alongside a selection of toppings including gravy, grated cheese, fried onions, crispy bacon bits and curry sauce. Guests to help themselves to condiments including tomato sauce, mayonnaise etc. Served in paper cones with disposable fork and napkin. This option is only available if deep fat fryers can be used at the venue.

Dirty Dogs

A brioche roll filled with a delicious hot dog, loaded by guests with a selection of toppings including fried onion, crispy bacon bits, grated cheese, BBQ sauce, coleslaw, nacho’s, ketchup and American mustard. Served on a palm leaf plate with disposable fork and napkin. (Chilli dogs (which include all the listed toppings PLUS homemade chilli-con-carne) are available at a £2.00 supplement)

Crispy corn tortilla chips loaded with your choice of regular or veggie chilli, accompanied by guacamole, salsa, sour cream, fresh jalapenos, and grated cheese. Served on palm leaf plates with disposable forks and napkin.

Scrumptious thin, freshly baked pizza base with toppings to include

• The Margherita (tomato base, mozzarella and fresh basil)
• The Meat-lover (tomato base, chorizo, pepperoni and mini meatballs)

Pulled Pork Sliders

Soft rolls filled with deliciously tender pulled pork. Guests help themselves to toppings including rainbow coleslaw, BBQ sauce, cheese, pickles and mustard. For vegetarian and vegan guests, we can serve delicious pulled jackfruit as an alternative. Served on a palm leaf platter with disposable fork and napkin.

Mac N Cheese

Our delicious stringy traditional mac n cheese is made with mature cheddar and mozzarella, and served with scrumptious toppings such as: 

• The Italian – pesto, mozzarella balls and sundried tomato
• The Garlic Reaper – garlic sautéed mushrooms and crispy onions
• Ariba Ariba – chilli beef, jalapeno, sour cream, and tortillas 
• Nice n Spicy – chorizo, caramelised onion and Harissa

All menus are based on a minimum of 60 people. For smaller parties, we are happy to offer a bespoke quote.

For venues where we have to bring in our mobile kitchen or other equipment, there may additional charges.

If we have provided the daytime catering at your event, we will not make any additional charges for equipment/structure costs.

For a stand-alone evening food booking there may be extra charges, depending on what is available at the venue or needs to be brought in.
